Long-time faculty member retires

The College of Business would like to pay a sincere tribute to Dr. Dennis Krumwiede, professor of management, as he enters a new phase in his life and formally goes into retirement. Krumwiede started his journey at the College of Business in August 2000. Krumwiede said over the last 21 years, his fondest memories have been “building close relationships with my students and meaningful relationships with my colleagues”.

Krumwiede has been an exemplary teacher for our students and his colleagues throughout the years. In recognition of his service, Krumwiede is now a Professor Emeriti for the College of Business. The College has also established a scholarship endowment in his name.

During his retirement, Krumwiede wants to be dedicated purposefully to making a positive impact in the lives of people around him.
