MANAGER’S CORNER walk, or ride our bikes. I hope to see all of you there. We are back to enjoying the lifestyle of friendships and guests who have arrived for the warm climate. As we are at full capacity for the winter season; please be mindful of the speed limit and be aware of traffic flow. For those riding bikes, walking, or in a golf cart, make sure that you are wearing light colored clothing and carrying a flash light.
While out driving, walking, or cart riding, take a look at some of the new amenities that will better serve our residents. Please keep in mind that some are still a work in progress and we will be able to utilize them very soon. This year our Resident Appreciation Day will be on Saturday, February 23, 2019. So please mark your calendars and watch for all the details to be coming out soon.

We know as things move along, numbers and emergency contacts change. So, if you have any changes to your phone numbers or emergency contacts, please stop by the Office and update that information. You can write it down and drop it off with your rent or stop by and get a cookie and then drop it off.
