Educational Services & Programs The Alliance française de Victoria, one of the many worldwide branches of the Alliance, seeks to support the francophone culture throughout the world. During the years 2009-2010, the Alliance in Victoria celebrated one hundred years of involvement within the community. We offer French language courses to all ages and at all levels.
