WHO? WHY?

People who are junior clerks, stenographers, tax assistants, typists, telephone operators, peons and multi-tasking staff with income up to Rs. 5,00015,000/month.

An affordable and low-cost habitat which provides for the needs of people working in low wages in the government sector. A habitat which provides open interactive spaces like courtyards, porches which enhances community living. Integrating passive design techniques like natural lighting and ventilation to make the habitat more liveable and also help financially.

Closer to Workspace since there are around 30 government institutions in the vicinity of site. Better living space for the users as not much options are available to low income groups near the workspace in comparison to high income govt. employees.
