The Executive Board also takes a leading role in safety and quality management in the company, is chiefly responsible for future development and the implementation of a safety and quality management system, has an overview of the running and effectiveness of the system and assesses achievement in respect of given objectives. Five operating divisions are responsible for the core operations of the company: Air Navigation Services, Airports and Infrastructure, Keflavík Airport Operations, Keflavík Airport Technological and Assets Division and Keflavík Airport Commercial Operations. There are four support divisions: Development and Administration, Human Resources
