7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise On Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas Departing Sunday January 19th You can call Players Travel toll free at 800-599-2021 prompt 1 to register your cruise or to ask any questions you may have. The original registration call will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you have completed registration you will also need to fax or email over your traveling paperwork, which includes either your passport, or an ID and Valid Birth Certificate, to Players Travel. If you do not have a way to do that at home then please bring in your traveling paperwork to your Casino Host and we will send it over for you. If you are interested in Casino Credit to use on the Cruise Ship please let the coordinator know at this time. When you are speaking with the coordinator you will want to write down your reservation number so that you are able make reservations on the ship as well as for excursions. (Please add in a place for them to write their reservation number).


AWARDS BRUNCH December 1st 12:00PM-3:00PM Every half hour we will be drawing 2 people to win $100 stateroom credit to be used on the Cruise Ship. Stateroom Credit can be applied towards any charges that are obtained during the cruise. Cruise confirmation paperwork will be signed at the Awards Brunch. Once paperwork is signed the cancellation policies are in effect.



Cancellation and Change Policies We will be collecting your credit card numbers on a form that confirms that you have accepted the cruise. Your credit card will not be charged anything unless you cancel the trip the cancellation fees are as follows: Guests will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $500 for any cancellations prior to January 14th, 2014. Any cancellations after January 14th, 2014 will be responsible for all costs incurred by FireKeepers Casino Hotel. Any changes to names on reservations may also be subject to fees of up to $500 after December 2nd, 2013.


Cruise Attendee Drawings December 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th at 8PM. 2 winners are selected each night to win up to $1,000 in Stateroom Credit or a Suite upgrade. Every 100 points earned from 12AM each day to 7:00PM will get you a paper entry. Paper entries will be collected at the Aurora Lounge desk from 7:00PM to 8:00PM each night. All entries must be in the barrel by 7:55PM. You must be present to win.


Travel Information: What you need to bring Original Travel Documents to include either a Valid Passport or a Birth Certificate and Photo ID. If you have had a name change and you current name doesn’t match the Birth Certificate you will need to also provide name change paperwork, marriage license, or divorce certificate. A valid credit card or cash deposit will need to be presented when you check in at the pier. While on-board you will have a Sea Pass to use which is an on-board Expense Account that is a cashless system used for all on-board purchases and services. At the end of the trip the balance of the bill will either be charged to the credit card that you provided at check in or can be paid using cash at the Guest Service counter on board. If you are in need of any special accommodations while on the cruise ship please notify the Player’s Travel representative when registering. They will provide you with a form to fill out and turn in to Royal Caribbean.


Royal Caribbean’s suggestions on what to pack Make sure you pack a change of clothes and any medications you may need in your carry-on luggage because it can take a few hours before your luggage arrives in your stateroom. Dining Room Dress Code: There are two formal nights in the main dining room. Suggested guidelines for dining room: Casual: Sport shirts and slacks for men, sun-dresses or pants for women Formal: Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women. Tuxedos are available for rental on the ship. Smart Casual: Jackets and ties for men, dresses or pantsuits for women. Shorts, T-shirts, and bathing suits are not considered appropriate attire in the dining rooms at dinner. Casual dress dining is available nightly in the Windjammer Café. Smart Casual attire is required for some of the specialty restaurants.

If you would like to ice skate, long pants are socks are required. Comfortable Walking shoes. Sun protection. Binoculars are suggested but not required if you would like to enjoy the views from the ship’s deck or balcony or at the ports-of-call. You may not bring any beverages alcoholic or non-alcoholic onto the ship. Alcoholic beverages that are purchase in ports –of-call or from shops on-board will be stored by the ship and delivered to you on the last day of the sailing.

A table number will be provided on your Sea Pass but you are more than welcome to sit at any of the Firekeepers tables. There are a variety of dining options available for a charge as well if you would like to partake in one of these options reservations may be set up ahead of time through the Royal Caribbean website once you have your reservation number. A variety of shows while on the ship are included reservations can be made prior to the ship departs or while on the ship. Reserving ahead gives a better chance at getting a spot. All taxes and port fees Cruise Gratuities Coffee, Water, and Juice are provided at the complimentary dining options. Soda and alcohol packages are available for purchase. In your stateroom 16- 1 liter bottles of water will be delivered to you on the first day compliments of FireKeepers. Internet and phone services can be purchased for an additional charge while on the ship. Prices for these services are located in the staterooms.


On Board Casino You will be given a Sea Pass when you board the cruise ship that will be used for practically everything while you are on the cruise ship. This is your player’s card in the Cruise Ship’s Casino as well. Please be sure to use this Sea Pass as a Player’s Card while you are playing. If you would like to access money using the Sea Pass to gamble with you can get instructions from the Casino’s Cashier’s Cage. Points earned on the Sea Pass can be redeemed for both prizes and cash. Every 500 points is worth $1 in cash back. When you board the ship you will be given 20 complimentary drink tickets per cabin that can be used in the Cruise Ship’s Casino only. There will be additional opportunities to get complimentary drink tickets from your FireKeepers Casino Hosts based on how much you play. We will be hosting a series of slot tournaments and one blackjack tournament during our sea days. You can win up to $1,500 in RHC to use when you return from the trip. We will also be holding nightly drawings for $500 RHC. The drawings will be held each night in the ship’s casino. Times will be provided with your on-board itinerary. The prizes for the tournaments and drawings will be Red Hot Credits that can be used at FireKeepers when you return. The Red Hot Credits will be valid for sixty days from January 26th.


Bon Voyage Party January 18th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM in Ballroom B (Event Center) You must attend the Bon Voyage Party in order to collect your traveling paperwork The traveling presentation will be at 1:30PM Any last minute questions you have can be answered there You will be provided with an on property hotel room because we will be leaving early the next morning. (please provide a spot to write in the hotel confirmation number)


Itinerary/Flight Information Outbound Flight-Delta Airlines leaving at 10:05AM: You are allowed one complimentary bag per person, one carry-on bag (up to 45 inches), and one personal item. If you choose to take a 2nd checked bag the fee will be $35 and the 3rd bag fee will be $125. Each checked bag must weigh 50 pounds or less and have a maximum dimension of 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Cruise ship departs Fort Lauderdale at 5:00PM We will be hosting a complimentary Welcome Aboard Cocktail party Sunday evening Monday-Nassau Arrive: 7:00am Depart: 2:00PM Tuesday-At Sea Wednesday-St. Thomas Arrive: 10:00am Depart: 7:00PM Thursday-St Maarten Arrive: 8:00am Depart: 5:00pm Friday-At Sea Saturday-At Sea Sunday-Back to Fort Lauderdale at 6:00am Returning flight will be Southwest Airlines at 10:55aM. Southwest allows two complimentary checked bags per person as long as the maximum weight is 50 pounds and maximum inches is 62 inches (Length + width + height). Overweight items from 51 to 100 pounds and oversized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches will be accepted for a charge of $50 per item. One carry-on and one small personal item is also allowed. The carry-on bag is limited to 10 X 16 X 24. We should arrive back in Detroit a little after 3:30PM



Reunion Party Any pictures that you took on the cruise that you would like to share please bring them into your casino host or email them to adavis@firekc.com to be included in the Reunion party video. Sunday, March 23rd from 1:00PM-3:00PM in the Event Center Come in and enjoy seeing videos and pictures from the trip.
