Naomh Pàdraig Spread Christmas Cheer with Generous Donations

Kanturk Men’s Shed would like to thank both staff and students from Scoil Naomh Pàdraig in Kanturk for their very kind donation to the shed.

Over the Christmas period, students of the school went Carol Singing and raised a large sum of money which they used towards school equipment, and the balance was kindly donated to the Men’s Shed.

The presentation of the cheque was for the sum of €425 was gratefully received and with insurance up for renewal in February, it couldn’t come at a better time.

Also included are staff and students of 3rd and 4th class who made the visit very enjoyable.The shed hopes come to their aid as they make some garden seats, buddy benches, and other goods to help entertain the students in their time in Scoil Naomh Padraig. Thanks everyone from all the guys at Kanturk Men’s Shed.
