Banteer Stop Added To The Early Morning Train
Iarnród Éireann in conjunction with the National Transport Authority has confirmed details of a new timetable from 10th December 2023.
The changes include a Banteer stop for the 05:45 Tralee/Cork train (Tues to Fri) and will now additionally serve Farranfore, Rathmore and Banteer.
This will mean you can now get train from Banteer at 7.04 be in Cork for 7.51 or in Dublin for 9.28. This service is Tues to Fri each week.
Details of the new timetable are on the Ianród Eireann journey planner, as are Christmas and New Year service arrangements, as well as bookings.
