09-00 =1, D is the deviation of (target value –detected value) in the unit time (09-04). =2, D is the deviation of the detected values in unit time (09-04). =3, D is the deviation of (target value – detected value) in the unit time (09-04). If the deviation is positive, the output frequency decreases, vice versa. =4, D is the deviation of detected value in unit time (09-04).
