Founded in 1984 by Daniela Arrigoni and her husband, Andrea Baronchelli, Verincolor has been celebrating its thirtieth birthday in these days. Verincolor has been the first job coating company in Italy to obtain, in 1992, the ISO 9001 validation; in 2004, the firm obtained also the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification. Continuous professional training of the employees has allowed a steady improvement, leading the company to maintain, in these thirty years, a relevant position in the field of powder coating in Italy. This aspect is substantiated by the fact that some of the employees are in Verincolor since the beginning of this adventure. Unlike the majority of Italian contractors, the company works mainly with foreign countries: Most of the revenue comes from orders of companies in Germany, France, Sweden and even the United States, but Verincolor has also chosen to work with the most qualified and prestigious Italian customers. It has been necessary to constantly upgrade and adapt structures, plants, products used and the methods of work in order to stay on the market for so long at high levels. These choices were facilitated by the proximity of reliable and highly professional suppliers. Fondata da Daniela Arrigoni e dal marito Andrea Baronchelli nel 1984, Verincolor festeggia in questi giorni il suo trentesimo anno di attività. Su una superficie coperta di circa 5.000 mq, Verincolor è dotata di tre impianti di verniciatura all’avanguardia e di un grande reparto d’assemblaggio per fornire al cliente un altro importante servizio. Da sempre dedita alla verniciatura prevalentemente con prodotti in polvere, l’azienda bresciana si è subito contraddistinta per la lungimiranza dei titolari: i coniugi Baronchelli hanno saputo cogliere con coraggio le opportunità in un mercato difficile e decisamente concorrenziale. Alle classiche finiture a polvere epossidica, poliestere, epossi-poliestere, l’azienda affianca verniciature speciali come antiabrasive, antibatteriche, fotoluminescenti, antigraffiti e rivestimenti per alte temperature. Verincolor è stata la prima azienda terzista di verniciatura in Italia a ottenere, nel 1992, la certificazione ISO 9001 per poi arrivare, nel 2004, alla UNI EN ISO 14001. La continua formazione professionale dei propri dipendenti ha consentito un costante perfezionamento che ha garantito alla Verincolor di occupare, in questi trent’anni, un posto di rilievo nel panorama della verniciatura a polvere in Italia. È sintomatico il fatto che alcuni dipendenti sono in azienda sino dagli inizi di questa splendida avventura. A differenza della maggior parte dei contoterzisti italiani, Verincolor opera prevalentemente con paesi esteri: la maggior parte del fatturato proviene da commesse di aziende tedesche, francesi, svedesi e addirittura statunitensi, ma ha scelto anche di collaborare con i più qualificati e prestigiosi clienti italiani. Per stare sul mercato per così tanto tempo e a questi livelli è stato necessario un continuo aggiornamento ed adeguamento delle strutture, degli impianti, dei prodotti utilizzati e delle metodologie di lavoro. Queste scelte sono state agevolate dalla vicinanza di fornitori credibili ed altamente professionali.
