The agreement that was signed with the unions on March 6 augments the production capacity in the powder coating department by moving to a 24/7 continuous production cycle. Per gli operai significa una riduzione dell’orario di lavoro e un aumento retributivo; per l’azienda l’eliminazione degli straordinari e quella flessibilità produttiva necessaria per rispondere alle richieste del mercato.
