urbotecnica is a company specialising in the design, production and installation of equipment and solutions for shot blasting, sand blasting, shot peening and deburring tasks for the surface treatment field. On December 2, it celebrated its twenty-five years in business at its premises in Legnano, Italy (Fig. 1). On the anniversary of the company, ipcm© has interviewed its founder and current president, Rosaldo Pezzoni (Ref. opening photo).

o scorso 2 dicembre presso lo stabilimento di Legnano, Turbotecnica - azienda specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e installazione di impianti e soluzioni di granigliatura, sabbiatura, pallinatura e sbavatura per il trattamento delle superfici - ha festeggiato i suoi 25 anni di attività (fig. 1). In occasione dell’anniversario della società, ipcm® ha intervistato il fondatore e attuale presidente di Turbotecnica, Rosaldo Pezzoni (rif. foto d’apertura).
ipcm®: Can you tell us about the idea that has led to the establishment of Turbotecnica? Rosaldo Pezzoni: “Turbotecnica’s establishment and development are inextricably linked to my professional history. I have been working in this field since I was fifteen: I started my work experience as a technical designer for a major shot blasting equipment
