or a job coater, to invest in technology is the only way not to fall behind in the market and to be always ahead of new customer demands», Carlos Boronat Viltró, owner of Pinturas Boronat (Fig. 1) starts like this. The painting company for third parties, from Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, in the province of Barcelona, founded in 1985 and currently led by his three sons, has just finished the installation a new powder coating line – the second of the company – mainly dedicated to the finishing of public lighting equipment. The experience of Pinturas Boronat in this sector was so wide and specialized that it was chosen to paint more than 15.000 Olympic torches for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro that have just ended (Ref. opening photo). er un verniciatore conto terzi, scommettere sulla tecnologia è l’unico modo per non rimanere indietro rispetto al mercato ma, al contrario, essere sempre in anticipo sulle nuove richieste dei clienti”, esordisce così Carlos Boronat Viltró, titolare di Pinturas Boronat (fig. 1), azienda di verniciatura conto terzi di Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcellona, fondata nel 1985 e oggi gestita dai suoi tre figli, che ha appena completato l’installazione di una nuova linea di verniciatura a polvere – la seconda, per l’azienda – dedicata principalmente alla finitura di apparecchiature di illuminazione pubblica. L’esperienza di Pinturas Boronat in questo settore era talmente ampia e approfondita che è stata scelta per verniciare le oltre 15.000 torce olimpiche per le Olimpiadi di Rio De Janeiro che si sono appena concluse (rif. foto d’apertura).
