Project Care

Police report

The Marmaton Valley High FCCLA program raised donations for Hope Unlimited through its Project Care project. The group collected cash donations, tissues, paper towels and snack foods for five days, and those who donated for all five days at the school qualified to participate in a dodgeball tournament. Group members are, from left, Peyton Wilson, Gage Adams, Lauren Korte, Cody Wilson and Tapanga Turner. Some sort of fundraising is required for Peyton Wilson, who is a state officer with FCCLA. Minimum requirements are 250 items, $50 and 10 hours community service — which they will complete today at the Hope Unlimited wine tasting. REGISTER/STEVEN SCHWARTZ
