Cliste Hospitality have a demonstrable track record in sourcing hotel opportunities on behalf of our investment partners. When an investor wishes to proceed with the purchase of a hotel we support the deal due diligence and completion process, sourcing of debt (if required) and preparing the strategy and five year business plan for the property. Cliste Hospitality offer project management and pre-opening services for new hotel developments in advance of operating.
