MEET THE TEAM-Katelyn Kildahl

Hello Residents! Pleased to meet you My name is Katelyn, and I am your new General Manager here at INTRO I am looking forward to meeting everyone –including your friends, family, and even four-legged pals

A little bit about me – well the biggest part, I am from Minnesota! Yes, we do say things like: “Okie Doke,” “Don’t ya know,” and (my personal favorite) “Ya, Sure, Ya-Betcha!” I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life, and I am excited to make this transition to Ohio.

What made me move to Ohio? This company. I worked for Harbor Bay Ventures for a property in Minnesota and was excited to get the call that there was an opening for a new General Manager in Cleveland. I have never been to Cleveland, so I needed to explore the area, but I do remember when this building was being built. It was a steppingstone, to what was soon to be a milestone.

So, I came to Ohio, and when I saw the growth of Harbor Bay and how INTRO came to be, I was in awe It really was love at first sight Give me a stretch of a month or so, but I want to hear your input, thoughts, suggestions, stories, and take time to get to know each one of you and what your needs are here within the community As I understand, this is your home, so thank you for allowing me to part-take in this new journey, and I hope to enhance your experience here within the community!

Well, there’s that tangent Us Minnesotans are known for those… stories, and long goodbyes. Back to the basics. 1) I am from Minnesota. Now… 2) I have a son; his name is Elijah! You may see him from time to time He is about to be seven months old and certainly loves meeting people, smiling and a good adventure 3) I have two dogs I am not sure on the breed, but they look like little foxes and are both rescues. Their names are Bella and Pablo 4) My hobby outside of work? We love to hike! Anywhere I can see the stars and be surrounded by trees is where you’ll find me Nature is the heart of home. I lived in Duluth, which is the greatest of the Great Lakes, so it was appealing to live near another If you have any decent trail recommendations, shoot them my way!

Now, down to the gritty I have an extensive background in Property Management with Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Luxury, Affordable, Corporate Housing, and even Investment Rental experience. I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and background in Property and Team Management to INTRO and really continuing to build a great place to live I love getting to know each of my residents and making sure their voice is heard. So please, stop down in the office during the weekday from 9am11am (less any daycare mishap, sickness, time-off or emergency) These are my dropin hours I have set aside for residents just to be able to walk-in and talk with me or join for a coffee/meet and greet.

I do just ask for a little grace during the first month or so of getting settled in Response timing may be delayed while I learn the operational side of things for INTRO, but once I am in the swing of things, email is the best source of contact In the meantime, connecting with my team to leave a message for me would be another good alternative. Communication is a big priority for me and a huge part of establishing a trusted relationship with my residents My goal is to establish that with each of you over time

Outside of meeting my residents, I enjoy Resident Events, Social Engagement, and bringing new ideas to the table! I hope to hear your suggestions and bring them to light (within reason of course) and see each of you at the upcoming Resident Events or during open office hours! This is a unique, and magnificent property – and I intend to keep it that way while making sure everyone truly feels At Home.
