As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, we are thrilled to announce that the pool, hot tub and rooftop officially open on May 1st! Please take a moment to review the updated pool rules and guest policy on page 3.

With the extension of the pool season and ongoing operations of the hot tub, we hope you get to enjoy these amenities to the fullest! Thanks to all for your feedback and cooperation.

We are also excited to announce a new fitness partnership with Tremont Athletic Club Enjoy complimentary fitness classes each week on the gym terrace. Please RSVP and find more details on the INTRO App.

On a bittersweet note, Tamra wants to take a moment to say farewell as she leaves for her next adventure in Puerto Rico. "It's been an absolute pleasure being your Resident Engagement Coordinator! I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing the INTRO community continue to thrive."

• HOURS OF POOL & HOT TUB OPERATION: 6AM – 10PM

• HOURS OF AMENITY DECK OPERATION: 6AM – MIDNIGHT

• 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT (LEASE HOLDER) UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT

REQUEST MUST BE SENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS STRICTLY 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT ONLY

• RESIDENTS MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS AT ALL TIMES

• WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED UP TO A $1,000 FINE MAY BE ASSESSED

• ABSOLUTELY NO FLOATATION DEVICES UNLESS IT IS SAFETY RELATED

• IF ADA ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED FOR THE POOL, CONTACT CONCIERGE AHEAD OF TIME

• CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE SUPERVISED AND ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN

• ALL SWIMMERS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES

• POOL CAPACITY = 54 PERSONS HOT TUB CAPACITY = 20 PERSONS

• NO RUNNING, DRINKING GAMES OR ROUGH ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED

• PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES A SWIMSUIT COVER-UP AND SHOES SHOULD BE WORN INSIDE THE BUILDING

• RESIDENTS AND GUESTS MUST ADHERE TO RULES AND REGULATIONS POSTED IN THE POOL AREA AND IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION
