With a staff of over 260, and a design footprint in more than 60 cities across 12 countries, the company has a wealth of completed projects including high-end residential developments, public housing, Grade A office buildings, 5 star hotels, shopping malls and hospitals. The Riviera Life Style Center in Wuxi is a mixed use development covering an area of 45,100m². Based on the Chinese traditional theme of mountains and water, and situated along the Wuxi canal, the project comprises a thriving commercial district, exquisite modern style linear shopping street and iconic mall,
luxurious Rocase boutique hotel, 11 storey serviced apartment building, beautiful semidetached villas with parking, Italianate garden houses, and modern style high-rise residential structures. Combining natural features of the old canal with the cultural landscape of the heritage city, the aim was to create a high quality regional landmark with aesthetic charm. The iconic shopping mall, with its arcing atrium, offers an area of around 8,000m². Its basement is home to a supermarket connected via a sunken commercial street, with retail on the ground and first floors and restaurants and entertainment attractions on the upper levels. The overall project focuses on creating a multi-dimensional green environment, and has been awarded a National One Star Green Rating.
