- Al Nakhla Residential Resort in Saudi Arabia is a uniquely creative residential and commercial project. Following an extensive web survey distributed to a large number of expats in Riyadh, the resort’s design was based on its findings. The entrance to the resort is via The Boulevard which includes the administration building, various maintenance facilities, visitor’s parking and the entrance to Danube Hypermarket, the largest in the Middle East. Beyond the central gate, the residential zone begins where facilities, shops, services, satellite pools, villas and apartments are located across 20 towers with apartments and nine different zones with villas. Each residential zone has an average of 60 villas with exclusive facilities such as a swimming pool, parking, seating, a gathering
area and pedestrian access. Al Nakhla Towers offer different types of one and two-bedroom apartments for a short stay accommodation of corporate clients or friends and family of residents while visiting Riyadh. The Royal Villas Zone meets the needs of senior executives and their families. There are 10 Royal Villas, each with a private swimming pool, private garden, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and separate maid and driver accommodation.
