D the first development company in Georgia which is realising a 400 hectare urbanization around the Lisi Lake territory. The company was founded in 2010 and since then has worked on developing large-scale projects such as Lisi Green Town in Tbilisi, Kokhta-Mitarbi Resort in Borjomi Municipality and Buknari Resort on the Black Sea Coast. The aim of the projects is to create not only a modern living style and refined architectural complex but also to establish a brand new environment for an ecological and healthy way of living in Georgia. Since its foundation, Lisi Development has introduced an innovative principle of 80/20, which implies using only 20% of the territory for the residential part, and the remaining 80% for creating recreational zones and additional infrastructure.
Lisi Green Town is the company’s first large-scale project. It covers a five hectare land plot and comprises: residential apartments; duplexes; townhouses, private houses, villas, parks, swimming pools, a gym, children’s and entertainment zones, open and closed parking. The architectural project of Green Town is created by local and international, well-known architects. Lisi Green Tower is a new residential building within Lisi Green Town. The design concept of the project is made by the famous Dutch architectural company UNStudio. The 11-storey tower contains 32 apartments ranging from 85m² to 200m², three retail units and an underground car park for residents.
