Senior Class Represe Juan Sintes Why did you decide to run for student council? I decided to run for student council because I wanted to make a difference in our grade. We talk about making a difference in the community around us, by doing service clubs and that kind of stuff, but I wanted to make a difference right here at ISB in my grade. I also wanted to bring new ideas, and make senior year the best it could possibly be. What are the main goals you hope to accomplish? The main goals that I attempt to accomplish are to first of all, become a class voice and be a facilitator in getting my classmates’ voices not just heard, but listened to. I also want to come in with an open mind, and bring new ideas to the table as well as listen to others’s so we can plan great events for the student body and fulfill as many of their requests as possible. always going to have each other, we should make that count. Last but not least, I want to make sure we as a whole and as individuals never give up. What makes you the best candidate for this position? What makes me the best candidate for this position is that I have a very open mind. I willing to listen to all kinds of ideas, as well as listen to what anyone has to say in general. I’m very hard working and I do my best to make everyone else satisfied with whatever is currently lacking their satisfaction. But mostly, the main reason why you should vote for me is because I Juant to make this a Juanderful Señor Year for us seniors, by being Juan Love, Juan Grade, and taking this year Juan step at a time; with graduation on our minds.

Maggie Turner Why did you decide to run for student council? Last year I had the opportunity to be the Junior Class Treasurer and help plan Student Council events and deal with student issues. Now it is my class’ last year in high school, and I want to help make sure our senior year is memorable. But, not memorable because of our stressful workloads, but rather for the fun we were able to have at school. What are the main goals you hope to accomplish? If elected, I want to make sure my class is always informed of what is going on with the different upcoming events. This will be especially crucial considering all of the plans Swikriti and Kimberly our SCC President and Vice-President have planned! Then, of course, my largest goal is to make sure the events we do plan go smoothly and are fun and unique. What makes you the best candidate for this position? I am the best candidate for Senior Class Rep because I can assure every single person in my class that I will put my all into planning for school events and dealing with class issues. This is our senior year. This is our last opportunity to make high school memorable and I know that I contribute ideas and my time to make sure our year is #swaggie.
