Guatemalan black roasted coffee, fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon, and freshly squeezed orange juice helped us to store the right amount of energy for a long day on the water. After breakfast we met our boat team (the captain and guides) in the marina just a few minutes from the lodge and the fly fishing journey had begun!
