The main display area is on the left wall of the shop. The wall has a series of boxes protruding from it which house the chocolates. Each type of chocolate has its own “pedestal�, giving the customer a sense that they are buying something luxurious, indulgent and exclusive.

The main display wall in the chocolatier’s is lined with black acrylic sheets. A series of acrylic boxes, both open and closed, line the wall to house the chocolates. Each box has a marble slab inside which helps to keep the chocolate cool.
