Rex Stem Homes As a third generation builder, Rex Stem follows from the guidance of the many builders in his family: mother, Sherry Stem, uncle, Woody Butler, cousin, LuAnne Butler, and his namesake, Rex Butler. Rex graduated from Tarleton State University in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Business Administration.
