This research from the UK HE International Unit is the first of three reports on the UK's position in relation to comparator countries in international student recruitment and satisfaction. The findings are derived from i-graduate's International Student Barometer (ISB) survey, which is supported by statistics on international student recruitment and enrolment in the UK and its comparators, as well as high-level analysis on key comparator’s government policies on recruitment, support services and post-study employment. The evidence demonstrates that a higher proportion of international students would recommend the UK than any of its major English-speaking competitors in teaching and learning.
