SIRUI Tripods – precision in the detail

Head support plate The aluminium head support plate (plastic on the T05X) features a plastic surface in order to increase the adhesion between the head and the plate.

Whichever SIRUI tripod you choose, aluminium or carbon, twist-lock or clips, a SIRUI tripod is an investment for life. A true companion on your travels to foreign countries, bustling cities and stunning landscapes or as a third hand in the studio.

Integrated monopod A fully-functional monopod is integrated into the tripod. Simply remove the leg from the tripod and fit the second head support plate and wrist strap. The other support plate can stay on the tripod.

Head mounting screw The head mounting screw is simple and quickly switches from 1/4“ to 3/8“.

With the waterproof W series, SIRUI has elevated outdoor photography to a new level. The giants of the RX series set new standards in stability and size. And the compact Traveler tripods of the T04X series are hardly noticeable in your travel luggage.

Sectioned centre column The centre column can be split into sections, its height is adjustable and reversible. This means that shooting is possible from any position. The flexibility of the sectioned centre column allows, for example, ground-level shots and an increase in the overall height.

Centre column and short centre column The height of the centre column is adjustable and reversible. An additional short centre column is included. This means that shooting is possible from any position. Both centre columns allow, for example, ground-level shots and for the overall height to be increased.

Each series is specifically tailored to meet the needs of a photographer. High quality materials and modern manufacturing processes ensure consistent quality and functionality. With SIRUI, you can concentrate on what matters most to you, the photograph, without compromise.

Ring locks Sealed ring locks with rubber for grip. Just half a turn and the legs will start to descend. The locks can be disassembled for maintenance.

Flip locks Sealed flip locks for quick and easy use. The practical flip locks open quickly and the leg section extends quickly. The locks can be adjusted.

Rubber feet The special (pointed) shape of the fixed rubber feet ensures that each leg has good grip and will not slip at any angle.

Rubber feet and stainless steel spikes The smaller size tripods are stable and will not slip on rubber feet. Larger tripods also have twist-out metal spikes, intended for use on soft and uneven surfaces. W and RX series have rubber feet and separate metal spikes.

Leg angle lock mechanism When folding down the legs, this is automatically engaged. Two or three fixed positions are employed.

Foam leg wraps SIRUI tripods are fitted with foam rubber wraps for protection against heat, cold and for better handling.

Legs can be folded by 180° The legs can be folded up by 180°. This reduces the packing size and allows a head to be included.

Stabilising hook SIRUI tripods feature a hook or carabiner that can be loaded with weight for added stability.

Head support plate

Additional Features Series 3T and RX tripods are special tripods, which is why they do not have directly comparable features to other SIRUI tripods. Details of the special functions/features can be found on the page for each series.

Head support plate The aluminium head support plate is fitted with a set screw to secure the head.

Head support plate The head support plate is knurled to allow the screw to be comfortably loosened and for the head to be attached.

Head mounting screw The head mounting screw quickly switches from 1/4“ to 3/8“.

Centre column and short centre column The telescoping centre column can be extended to 8.5cm. A second centre column that does not extend is included and can be swapped with the telescoping column as required.

Extending centre column The telescoping centre column can be extended to 15cm. The centre column can be removed and the head mounted directly onto the tripod legs as necessary. This reduces the working height, the size and the weight.

No centre column Even without a centre column, the head can be mounted directly onto the tripod legs. This allows the weight and working height to be reduced for, e.g. ground-level shots.

Ring locks Sealed ring locks with rubber for grip. Just half a turn and the legs will start to descend. The locks can be disassembled for maintenance.

Clip-on feet Three 10cm long clip-on feet with rubber ends ensure high stability when used as a table-top tripod. When folded up or down, the feet serve as an ideal handle for video or taking selfies. Folds down to just 24cm including head.

Rubber feet The T05X Series tripods are stable and will not slip on rubber feet.

Ball head 3T-35 A colour-matched ball head with quick release plate is included. There is just one control for both panoramic rotation and tilt lock. Other features are: Arca Swiss compatible, vertical notch, 360° panorama, rubber covered quick release plate.

C-10S ball head (page 32) A colour-matched ball head with quick release plate is included in the set. With Safety Lock System – safety for your camera. Features: Arca Swiss compatible, vertical notch, 360° panorama, rubber covered quick release plate, metal controls.

Studio Tripod – huge, extremely strong – for photography and filming

Head support plate The aluminium head support plate is fitted with a 3/8“ screw to secure the attached equipment. In order to prevent accidentally rotating the equipment, a fixing screw is located in the mounting plate.

Head mounting screw The head mounting screw quickly switches from 1/4“ to 3/8“. Centre column The height of the centre column can be adjusted and it is reversible, meaning that all shooting positions are possible. The flexibility of the centre column allows ground-level shots to be taken as well as allowing the total height of the tripod to be increased.

75mm levelling bowl Included is the RX-75A 75mm (with R-3213X the R2X-75A) half bowl adapter which can be placed against the mounting plate as necessary. A suitable levelling half-ball for ideal alignment is, for example, the optional SIRUI RX-75B.

Wing nut The centre column can be set using a wing nut. This ensures it can be quickly loosened and securely fastened.

Centre column R-4213X, R-4214X, R-5214X, R-5214XL: The RX-66C centre column is an optional extra. 63.5cm additional height when extended. R-3213X: The RX-402C centre column is included. 38cm additional height when extended.

The SIRUI RX-66C is a centre column for RX series tripods. It is made from 10 layer carbon fibre and allows the tripod to benefit from an additional 63.5cm of height.

The RX series tripods are the giants of SIRUI tripods. And if up to two metres high is not enough, you can add the optional RX-66C centre column to reach a stunning 2.63m.

For ground-level shots, the column can be used upside-down. For extra stability, the tripod stabilisation hooks can be loaded with weight. This also functions as a mounting tool.

You want to film? No problem – simply replace the mounting plate with the 75mm levelling ball, add the video head and go. The stability and handling will inspire and convince.

The SIRUI VH-90 quick-change platform is specially designed for SIRUI PS/EPS Series Video Monopods. Can also be used for other tripods. The rubberised quick release plate VH-125 platform lets you secure video DSLRs or camcorders. The platform can be mounted on tripods with a 3/8“ inch connection.

The SIRUI MP-20 quick release base fits all tripod heads with a release base and a 1/4“ or 3/8“ thread (adapter included). However, monopods can also be fitted with the quick release device. The Safety Lock System prevents the quick release plate from accidentally slipping and 3 spirit levels allow precise adjustment. The clamp device is compatible with the Arca Swiss system.

For horizontal alignment of the assembled tripod head. The RX levelling half balls are specially made for SIRUI RX series tripods. The head support plate is fitted with three set screws to secure the mounted head.
