filled drawers can be kept neat and tidy. Anti-tilt, a standard safety interlock feature, much reduces the chance of a cabinet toppling and causing injury. Finished in oatmeal and beige, the Microdex cabinets complement the modern oak and leather reader-turntables and fitments in the Romilly Room. And as an added touch of design, they are surrounded by a light oak framework.
The content of the archival material held in the Microdex system will include the Wartime Squadron Record Books of the RAF plus some of the Foreign Office and General Government Correspondence from the year 1952, which appear to be two of the most popular series of historic documents, according to Public Record Office statistics.
Your Letters
Dear Editor, We were pleased to receive a copy of ‘The Micrographics Market Place’ September/October 1986, and trust that our name will remain on the mailing list. If postage or subscription fees are required for future issues, please advise and we will remit to you. We were surprised that our name came to your attention! Enclosed is our second issue of ‘The Microfilm Informat’ for your interest. We publish quarterly and will forward on to you. We are attempting to educate our market place and of course gain sales through our efforts. If any information is of value please feel free to ‘lift’. However I doubt whether ‘Informat’ will be in any position to educate the ‘pro’s’. I visited Informatics 85 Amsterdam and spent four days in London thereafter, when, through Malcolm Edwards I met Terry Mardlin of Elke and John Negus. In fact we had a splendid evening at an Inn near Heathrow. Please send Terry and John my very best wishes. We look forward to your further issues and I hope to meet with you in the not too distant future. Yours Sincerely, Peter More - Director Business Management Services (Pty) Ltd., Johannesburg, S. Africa.
