Expressing gratitude is an integral part of a patient’s healing process. Recognizing and acknowledging that gratitude lets the patient and their family know that we have listened, and we appreciate their thoughtfulness! And when care teams receive patients’ gratitude, it makes them feel better about the jobs they are doing.

Throughout this report you will see messages from Inspira Health patients that are grateful for the care they received. These messages are shared with the care teams so they know the impact they have made on a patient or a patient’s family. Michelle K. Thank you so much to Dr. Kulkarni, Dr. Roy, and Dr. Fanelle. You have been so amazing, kind, compassionate, and patient during my whole cancer journey. I appreciate the three of you more than you could imagine. I would also like to thank all the nurses and staff at the cancer pavilion for being so kind and generous to me. Your job does not go unnoticed. I am so grateful that I chose Inspira for my health care journey. I could not thank you enough for everything.

Andrea K. In January, a nodule was found in my breast, and I was told I needed a biopsy. Nurse Kelly walked me through everything and explained it all as we went, and was even with me the day of the biopsy holding my hand. It made me feel so much more at ease and like I really mattered. She is truly a caring person.

Mary Jane S. All the staff at the East Vineland Urgent Care was top notch! Checking in was easy, the Medical Assistant was very nice, and Dr. Bliss was so pleasant. I received my flu diagnosis promptly, and my medication order was quickly sent to my pharmacy. Thank you for great care!
