Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, frozen for 1 hour

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Banana slices and blueberries for garnish

1 frozen banana

1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Combine the banana, blueberries, and yogurt in a food processor or highpowered blender.

2. Pulse several times, until the mixture looks crumbly.

3. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.

4. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
