Dixie's Co-op Energy Efficiency Program consists of both a loan and rebate program to help our member-owners manage the cost of installing energy efficient improvements in their homes. While there is value in practicing no-cost and low-cost measures, the more extensive energy efficiency improvements obviously make a bigger impact on your power bill. The process begins with a free energy audit to target efficiency opportunities and decide what upgrades you may need to make. Blueberry-Banana Smoothie Ingredients: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, frozen for 1 hour 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk Banana slices and blueberries for garnish
1 frozen banana 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: 1. Combine the banana, blueberries, and yogurt in a food processor or high- powered blender. 2. Pulse several times, until the mixture looks crumbly. 3. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. 4. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.

Scholarship Opportunity We will be awarding ten $2,500 scholarships in 2020. Our scholarship program is available to any graduating high school senior who is the dependent of a cooperative member-owner who receives electricity from Dixie. The awarded scholarship funds can be used at a four-year or two-year college or university, as well as a technical or trade school.
