Congratulations to 6 year old Bradley, P., who created the winning design for the 2019 WECC Holiday Greeting Card! Bradley, a student at Desoto School, received a $50 gift card for being selected as this year’s winner. This holiday card will be mailed to friends of Woodruff Electric, legislators and businesses across our area.
