Where to begin? 2020 has taught me patience and to be strong—not physically, but mentally. Our first year being open in downtown Pensacola has been fun, but 2020 has made it extra fun. We have to adjust to the changes. Do you have a quote or mantra that keeps you going when things get tough? "Just keep swimming."—Dory What are you looking forward to next year—for your business, our city and beyond? It was a shock to the team when I announced we were expanding and opened up E-Saan Thai Street Food at The Garden at Palafox + Main. We're a creative team, and we have a lot of ideas to show Pensacola. Other than your business, what are some of your local favorites? On break, Myke and I enjoy visiting other service industry friends we've meet this past year.
