Do people treat you differently because of your tattoos? When I first started getting tattooed, I would say yes. I had a boss tell me that after tattooing my hand, I would never be able to get another corporate job again, which wasn’t the case, I got hired at a different company two years later, and they never blinked an eye over my tattoos.

Hey there! My name is Caitlin Rose; I’m 27 years young, and I have worked in the construction industry for the past 10 years. I love to be outdoors, either going hiking, enjoying the day at the beach, paddle boarding, etc. I love to work out; you can catch me at the gym five times a week. I absolutely love traveling. My first trip out of the US was to Australia, and it was a solo trip just me, myself, and I. The best thing I have ever done for myself. Since then, I have visited Germany and Costa Rica and have many more plans set for Ireland, Thailand, and more.

Who is/are your favorite tattoo artist(s) to get tattooed by? Brian Foster and Zach Peacock have done a majority of the tattoos on my body. They both have been tattooing me for almost 10 years, I’m completely comfortable with them, and every session is a good time; wouldn’t get large pieces from anyone other than them.

Where do you get your tattoo ideas from? I honestly think of all of the ideas myself and bring them to either Brian or Zach and have a chatting session about the ideas in my head, and they ALWAYS bring them to life. I can walk in with no references, and they will know exactly what I want.

What is the most painful tattoo that you have? It’s definitely a tie between the lettering on my upper stomach and the lettering on the back of my neck. Both tattoos were completely miserable, and I would NEVER do it again.

What’s the next tattoo that you plan to get? I am planning on doing a huge Medusa piece on my back with geometric background. I will probably start this by the end of the year. I also plan on knocking out pieces in my armpits pretty soon as well. There’s no stopping at this point.

Do you have any upcoming events coming up? Business ventures, brand collaboration, etc.? I can say I do have some business ventures coming up within the next year. Without saying too much and jinxing things, I plan on getting very involved in the tattoo industry. ✕
