ABSTRACT

The creation, as a way of producing ideas that offer solutions to problems, now it makes more sense than ever. The challenges are emerging at this time, require more complex processes that try to solve them. That is why creativity research interests for all areas. In our case, we will focus on the creative process of architectural design, investigating what they can bring creativity theory and research from other disciplines in this regard. We Propose in the project, the research on new teaching methods to develop skills in students, focused on the acquisition of creative abilities and skills. The processes of creation research establishes a teaching innovation effort, trying to prevail the study and experimentation with new methodologies, on the topics of production processes and knowledge transfer. It’s clear the current needs of new ideas and innovation, but it is first necessary to develop creativity, which is an inescapable urgency and purpose in university teaching. The complexity of the architecture design leads to a difficult process of immersion, and although it is beneficial to extend our study to all levels of learning, we propose to focus work on the course initial (projects1). Postponing testing of these new methodologies in higher grades, for future projects. In the first course the positive energy takes center stage with new challenges, and motivation, where the ability of flexibility appears to call for continuity in time. So this is a particularly appropriate area for the start of the teaching innovation project.
