The ISG Women in Digital Awards are so important because they recognize and celebrate amazing women in technology and their incredible contributions and accomplishments. Unfortunately, technology as a sector has traditionally lagged in the employment and promotion of women. But, that is changing faster than ever. There is still so far to go and we need to continue to champion women and their contributions as we all work together toward greater inclusion, diversity, equity and success. Everyone wins when women have an opportunity to excel.
