BUSBAR MACHINES

adhusudan Engineering Co manufactures and offers busbar machines that can perform three operations, viz, busbar bending, shearing and hole punching on the same machine. These machines offer a very space saving design with castor wheel attachment for mobility. The overall dimensions of the machines are 850 mm x 850 mm x 1300 mm approximately. Interchangeable fi xtures are very userfriendly and give the advantage of minimum changeover time. Model MEB 12512 can handle busbars of sizes 125 mm x 12 mm as maximum of aluminium and 125 mm x 8 mm of copper. Model MEB 20012 can handle busbars of sizes 200 mm x 12 mm as maximum of aluminium and 200 mm x 8 mm of copper. The punching sizes are from diameter 8.5 mm to diameter 16.5 mm. Individual models are also available for busbar of higher size. With these machines three operations, ie, bending, punching and shearing are carried out with less effort and with maximum accuracy.
