SECTION BENDING MACHINES
odson Bending Systems manufactures and offers section bending machines that are designed and built according to the latest technology. With these machines the bending operation can be carried out with a minimum of manual efforts. The main frame of the machines is of all steel welded construction, heavily proportional andU welded to a structural steel base, stress ALITY relieved and machined. All three rolls are made out of alloy steel, A P Ppinions R O V E&Dgears are also from alloy steel, heat-treated. All shafts, rotating on high dynamic load spherical roller bearing. Rolls are driven by a special designed gearbox and electric brake motor or hydraulic motor. Two lower rolls are adjustable through individual gear box & brake motor or through hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic unit is protected against overload and non-return valves elements the possibilities of lower, changing position during the bending operations. UNIVERSAL GRINDING MACHINES
itesh Engineering Works offers precision HEW 600 mm heavy-duty universal grinding machines that are used for high-precision grinding of gauges and dies. These machines are also used for toolroom applications and come with accuracy on diameter 0.002 micron. The onepiece machine body is made from closed grain casting. Maximum grinding length is 600 mm and height of center is 150 mm. The tables are flat on one side and V on the other side with Turicte-B linear material coated and precision hand scrapped to match corresponding surface of the guideways centrally motorised lubrication unit. The grinding wheel spindle is made form EN-24 material case hardened and superfinished which runs in the white metal bush for smooth running of grinding wheel. Grinding wheel size is 350 x 38 x 127 mm. The grinding wheel head is swiveled at 45-degree movement through rack & pinion. Also manufactured are 300 x 450 x 800 x 1000 mm grinding machines.
