Infinity specializes in high end - high performance SUP designs for both Surf and Race. We do not make boards for fishing or boards for Yoga. That’s not what we do. SURF BOARD
The Round Nose Blurr is one of our most popular performance surf designs of all time. The design covers a wide range of surfers abilities because of it’s perfect blend of performance vs stability and a noticeably FAST board. This design bridges the gap between a traditional “shortboard” style outline and the current “parallel” outline style boards. This board allows riders to ride a shorter and narrower board while maintaining similar stability of a board 1-2” wider. Features a slight single concave and a deeper double between the fins. Very versatile in the small stuff and can mix it up in some juice as well with the 5 fin option.

SURF BOARD
Dave Boehne has brought back an original favorite in the BLURR performance surf SUP with the highly anticipated V2. The BlurrV2 incorporates a new SUPspensionTECH carbon construction to promote flex and work in conjunction with the new “step� rail design. This board features a single concave, pulled in tail template w/ a wing pin tail taken from the New Deal. This board has lots of pivot off the bottom and seamless carve style ride under the feet. The new step rail provides hidden volume in the center of the board and takes thickness away from the rails allowing for a low aspect shortboard style rail in the water. This step also creates strength corrugation which we worked on a new SUPspensionTECH construction to promote flex back into the ride. The BLURRv2 dims sit right in between the RNB and Bline. As you can see, the sizes are not quite as aggressive as the BLine and not as generous as the RNB. The rocker is also not as low as the RNB and not as curved as the BLine, it has more of a moderate traditional rocker which makes for predictable transitions and speed. Originally introduced as a design collaboration between SUP wonder boy Giorgio Gomez and Dave Boehne, the BLINE has been quickly adopted by the 5x World Champ and Giorgio’s sister Izzi Gomez. The B-Line takes the razor sharp shredding from the BLURRv2 and borrows stability characteristics from the RNB to make up a fast, explosive, tour level ride. The nose is slightly wider than the BLURRv2 and still comes to a point. The outline keeps linear in the midsection for added stability and we break that at the fins with a wing for great pivot off the bottom. The B-Line has a slightly more relaxed rocker in the front end allowing it to trim down the line with speed. There is added “flip” in the tail rocker to transition in steeper sections and release at the end of turns when you want it. Both Izzi and Giorgio surf fast, explosive with powerful rail game. The B-Line gets them there.

RACE BOARD
Our specialty flat-water design. Whiplash has been a staple in our lineup and continues to get faster and snatch podiums. Shae Foudy snatched up her first APP World Title in France racing the Whiplash, Candice Appleby has claimed victory at PPG on a Whiplash and Itzel Delgado won the 200m Sprint races at the Hossegor Paddle Games. Whiplash is on a mission for flat-water supremacy in 2019! New for 2019 is a refined “dugout” standing area. We’ve managed to gain 1.5” more width inside the cockpit for a roomy stance. The side rails have gotten taller allowing for even deeper recess while keeping water at bay. The tail section fades to a flat standing platform above the fin giving a more stable feel for buoy turns. The “dugout” style gives stability to riders and allowing you to ride a narrower board and gain speed. The Whiplash gained more volume where you need it and Dave Boehne has further refined his innovative/signature hybrid pin tail design bottom. This design has next level glide per stroke and the cleanest release for that slick feel while maintaining stability of a square tail. The refined bottom has gained a bit more stability and is the SpeedFreaks go to choice for flat-water to mild chop.

BLACKFISH The blackfish is the “All-Around” king and has influenced an industry with the original Dave Boehne “planning hull” surf concepts applied to SUP race designs.

This board showed it’s versatility on the world stage with Kai Lenny and Shae Foudy both taking 1st in flat water sprints, Shae in the flat water distance as well at the APP World Tour London and taking 1st Place in mixed conditions at the APP World Tour NYC event and in the ocean surf at the Pacific Paddle Games with Candice Appleby on board. Blackfish is the fastest board off the line, stable in all conditions, and a true one board quiver to conquer anything mother nature throws at you. Many top board manufacturers have adopted the center channel concept originally developed by Infinity in 2014 and now with input from Kai Lenny, Slater Trout, Shae Foudy and Candice everyone is still playing catch up. This Blackfish is like no other and features a completely re-designed bottom concept which takes the DNA of the Blackfish to the next level. The bottom is a planning hull hybrid and is able to paddle in all conditions. The stability is built through the outline. The bottom features a rolled hull framing an “inverse vee” panel that releases cleanly off the lowered centerline vee concave. The planning hull rides on top of the water rather than parting it. This makes for a very fast get up and go higher max sprint speeds. “Like skipping a stone” Blackfish likes to sprint off the line. If you paddle mostly in the ocean or a flat water area that gets changing seasons and conditions Blackfish is for you and will be ready. This year we are offering a Limited Edition (LTD) pro style construction for those who are looking for an ultra light raceboard.

RACE BOARD
This board design is intended for choppy waters, paddling downwind, as well as upwind. The Downtown excels in downwind bump riding, cross chop navigation and upwind grinding. Although a specialty board, many people have adopted the Downtown as their everyday board for offshore stability. The design started with a baseline of Steve Boehne’s timeless downwind rocker then the team built the board from that point up. Outline is a classic wide point forward shape with a pulled in mini square tail. This allows stability and early entry into bumps while forward grinding and maneuverability and release in the back. Mini square tail releases like a dream and sits tall so it does not get pushed around in the side chop. Extremely high rails for side to side stability and hard edges for quick surfy release. The nose has rocker to slip into the curves and rise up in between bumps for longer gliding. A subtle bottom with entry contours and soft roll that blends into a slight single concave keeps the board lively in between bumps and makes it a pleasure to paddle when it’s flat. This board is offered in both a “dugout” and traditional “flatdeck” options.

The boards carry a specific flat foilboard rocker as so the angle of attack between board and foil are parallel and provide the most control flying and pumping in between waves. The volume is shifted back in the design to compensate for the foil in the back half of the board and to provide higher volume help to create lift in the tail for catching waves. The bottom rails are angled to help skip off the water surface when pilot touch downs occur and make it very forgiving. We’ve also added a “kick” tail behind the foil for more aggressive pumps in between waves. The deck is flat and progresses to a slight concave in the tail to promote the back foot to find the center line of the board and help get the rider in the exact position directly from take off. We currently only offer the 2-track style foil application as well as front and back foot strap options, all of which are reinforced with high density anchors for strong install and minimal failures.

A must have in the quiver. With the 5F there are no more excuses for not surfing on even the smallest crappiest days. This board really is that much fun! This board has tons of volume allowing guys to ride a very short board. This makes the board extremely quick and loose. Exactly what you want when the waves are tiny and/or mushy. 5F means 5 fins. We like the quad set up on extreme small days and the thruster when the waves get a bit bigger or when you want more pivot. Don’t be afraid to go small we recommend going 6-8″ inches smaller than your standard thruster.

This mini-simmons style twin is easily the fastest planing surf vessel we’ve ever ridden. Minimal effort get’s this board flying down the line. Lots of stuff going on here. Parallel outline provides less drag with twin-fin keels. The deck features a blended “S” deck providing a thin nose and tail while maintaining the volume under the chest for paddling and a thin angular rail that meets the water. The bottom has a rolled hull entry for planing that blends into a single concave exit.
