Founded by award winning designer Andrea Hegedűs, the Budapest (Hungary) based Andrea Hegedűs Design offers unique, art inspired objects that stand out given their one-of-a-kind designs and multiple functionalities – a favored mélange sought after by today’s discerning clients.
We help our clientele create harmonious and peaceful living spaces, where a significant role is dedicated to colors and to the transformation of natural light. Our long-lasting textile and glass textile creations tastefully preserve elements of art: they shall be enjoyed and lived with, perhaps even for generations.
Our credo has always been to be at the forefront of innovation. THE NEW CATEGORY
T h e a r t i s t i c a n d i n n ov a t i v e combination of glass and textile sets the stage for the rise of a new, unique product category, where traditional craftsmanship and industrial high-tech complement each other. Glass textile designs are always created on an individual basis to fully meet clients' special needs.
The visually pleasing appearance of glass textile oers a wide range of use, in particular in the field of architecture, interior design, product design and artistic installations. Interior designers prefer to take advantage of its versatile nature in private homes and public locations as well as it is a perfect decorative element in lounges, restaurants, clubs, or to elevate the aesthetic appeal of corporate working and client reception spaces.
Currently, glass textile is mostly used indoors as space divider, shower cabin, furniture or wall cover panel, sliding door, lighting element lining. Outdoors it oers multifaceted options for example as decorative direction sign elements in public areas.

For her new glass textile collection, Andrea Hegedűs drew inspiration from the Danube. The designer grew up in Budapest, the Hungarian Capital and apart from having spent a few years abroad she had always lived & worked in the city that is famously divided by the river. The Danube serves to her as an endless source of inspiration as well as she enjoys unwinding and relaxing on its shores. The current Serenity of the Danube collection consists of a lamp-duo, a delicate coffee table, a set of coasters, and a heating room divider – all made of glass textile.

SERENITY OF THE DANUBE COLLECTION LAMP-DUO – GENTLEMAN Handcrafted from extra clear, tempered, safety glass and steel gray noble silk fabric with a base made of brushed stainless steel, this LED light lamp represents a modern, minimalist design. The lights change automatically given the builtin RGB regulator and it comes with a remote control. RGB colors are blue, green, violet, red, orange, yellow, and white. When switched off, the color of the lamp appears steel gray.

Handcrafted from extra clear, tempered, safety glass and off-white noble silk fabric with a base made of brushed stainless steel, this LED light lamp represents a modern, minimalist design.

SERENITY OF THE DANUBE COLLECTION HEATING ROOM DIVIDER
Handcrafted from extra clear, tempered, safety glass and eye-catching metal particles, this room divider has a heating and room dividing function and at the same time it also serves as a design object. Frame of the room divider is made of brushed stainless steel. This product is also available without the heating function.
