Welcome to our 37th Summer Concert!

I am so excited for us to gather on Labor Day weekend for the 37th Annual Our Hospice Summer Concert, my first! The energy in the air is electric as we unite to celebrate and appreciate the generous ways our community counts on and cares for one another. Our Hospice Summer Concert is the largest fundraiser of the year to support our mission to Make Every Moment Count serving this community with the best end-of-life care.

We are truly grateful for the support of our sponsors who make the concert possible. Their dedication to Our Hospice and our community is outstanding!

At Our Hospice, we firmly believe that “Our Hospice is Your Hospice,” and together, we are better. As we come together as a community, we recognize the importance of supporting one another and creating a compassionate, caring environment for those in need.

We appreciate our Sponsors!

Title Sponsors

The Annual Our Hospice Concert is more than a celebration and gift to our community, there is a greater impact even after the concert ends. Donations received through this event directly support our patients and families with the highest quality care during life’s most difficult moments. For a chance to win $10,000, you can purchase raffle tickets before or at the concert, or at The Hospice Center. Our Hospice has grown to become the 5th largest hospice in Indiana, now serving 22 counties. I’m passionate about increasing access to care and honored to serve our communities by providing comfort, dignity, and specialized care when folks need it the most.

Together, we create a stronger, more compassionate community. As we approach the concert, let’s express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our sponsors, donors, and contributors who are listed in this program. Your ongoing support is mission-critical creating a great impact on the lives of those we serve.
