Our design team works on international projects from trend forecasting, initial concept, mood boards, furniture selection, rendering (both computer and hand), space planning and furniture design. Our designers have styled numerous hotels, clubhouses, multi-residential developments and showhomes throughout Asia and the Middle East. They have worked to furnish, style and stage showflats and homes to enhance the potential buyer and tenant appeal, reduce the time a property is on the market, and thereby maximise our clients’ return on investment.

CREATIVE DESIGN

Our creative team of designers, art directors, photographers and copywriters can help promote your Indigo project to prospective buyers and tenants by producing and organising sales & marketing collateral that can range from lookbooks and flyers to photoshoots and videos.

Working with a designer’s specifications, we take responsibility for reviewing construction, finishes and factory assignations, right through original CAD prototype drawings, to a full room mock-up.

We ensure the appropriate materials are used according to design intent, furniture purpose, availability, lead times and budget, and, if necessary, we can make alternative proposals to hit required budgets. The result is furniture that is true to the designer’s vision, and exceeds the client’s expectations.

We also custom-manufacture furniture, accessories and

upholstery to our own designs, creating a truly bespoke product of true value, exceptional quality, and great design.

Why Styling Showflats is Essential to Marketing a Property to Sell or Lease

Tell us a bit about the property and why Indigo’s showflat rental and styling services were needed?

The Residences at Marina Gate are a benchmark for what luxury waterfront living should represent. They are designed to maximize space with high ceilings and delightful angles to ensure unparalleled panoramic views of the Marina. Indigo were tasked by the developer to provide an Interior Decoration Package to create an ambience and look the 3 bedroom villas that would appeal to potential renters and buyers.

What was the design inspiration when it came to styling this property?

Our goal was to create a contemporary, high-end Mid-century modern feel to the space that was both fun, inviting and warm. Throughout the space you’ll find clean, contemporary lines in a monochromatic, neutral colour palette that is accented with luxe, reflective brass accents. Warm dark wood finishes and subtle blue and green emit a welcoming, a natural ambience that is in keeping with the stunning marina views. Our ultimate goal was to allow potential tenants to imagine themselves living, dining and entertaining in this luxe space by creating a home in which they could relax and be proud of.

For developers or landlords interested in property styling what do they need to do to use Indigo’s corporate services?
