COMMUNITY PMI has always had a culture of giving back to our local communities through financial contributions, product donations, and volunteering. Each PMI office is empowered to drive community activities that are responsive to the needs of people and the natural environment. This flexibility has allowed for transformational partnerships with local organizations and important opportunities for employees to drive the company’s outreach. We believe every employee can be an ambassador in the community and we highly encourage employees to take eight hours of paid volunteer time annually.
