Summer of Cricket Lunch raises funds for QCF

Summer of Cricket Lunch raises funds for QCF Summer of Cricket Lunch held on December 3 at the Queensland Cricketers Club was able to successfully raise over $27,000 for the Queensland Cricket Foundation.

The funds would be used towards cricket initiatives that create positive differences in Queensland communities. The foundation aims to give more Queenslanders the opportunity to support and participate in Australia’s favourite sport while enhancing the experiences of all existing participants, volunteers and fans.

The Australia India Business Council led by Queensland President Dr Nik Senapati and National Sports Chair Dr Ashutosh Misra supported the event by putting table and help raise the funds. The table had Dr Senapati, Prof Shaun Star, Dr Ram Mohan, Mr Samir Vora, Mr Muthuraj Guruswamy, Dr Amol Wagholikar, Mr Mayur Thakeria, Dr Neeraj Khanna, Dr Yash Khanna and Dr Sanjib Baruah.
