Prior to this, Singh was the general manager of Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad. He started his career in 1999 and has worked for brands such as the ITC Hotels Delhi, Oberoi Amarvilas Agra, Oberoi Udaivilas Udaipur and Leela Kempinski Mumbai. Before joining Mövenpick, he was executive chef at Radisson Blu Plaza in Bangkok.
