CRIMINAL DEFENSE JAMES H. VOYLES & JENNIFER M. LUKEMEYER, VOYLES ZAHN & PAUL James H. Voyles and Jennifer M. Lukemeyer bring more than 65 years of criminal defense to the table. Following the stead of his uncle, George Ober, and Charlie Symmes, Voyles joined the 100-plus-yearold firm in 1968 and Lukemeyer in 1997. Voyles and Lukemeyer’s clients include professional athletes, and they often handle high-profile matters; however, every case is treated with equal import. Voyles and Lukemeyer have litigated cases throughout the state and the country. Their practice includes appellate work that has taken them to the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. They both also assist when clients are in jeopardy of losing their professional licenses. Both are dedicated to their legal community in serving in various leadership positions within the Indianapolis Bar Association and Foundation and the Indianapolis American Inn of Court. Voyles holds memberships with the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
