INGREDIENTS: Four large parfait glasses; one punnet strawberries, washed and chopped; one diet jelly in any flavour, set and chopped; two Woolworths Pavlova Nests, crumbled; whipped lite cream in a pressure pack; two teaspoons crushed nuts.
