Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and natural healing. It was rediscovered in the 1900’s by Dr. Usui and has been handed down generations and expanded into the western world through teachings and attunements of sacred symbols used for healing. honors all religions of the world as one under God. All are seen as equal as God intended and therefore there are no judgments and all are welcome to learn Reiki. To experience Reiki is like having a warm, loving sensation in one’s body and a feeling of drifting off into some place that is very peaceful and joyful. It is the God-Consciousness called “Rei” that guides the life energy called “Ki” in the practice we call Reiki. Reiki can be defined as “Spiritually Guided Life Energy”. Reiki is performed similar to the old-fashioned “Laying on of the Hands” technique. Anyone who performs healings already, have reported an amplified experience after receiving a Reiki attunement. Absolutely anyone can learn and be attuned with Reiki for their own personal daily use, for their family and friends or as a professional healing tool alone or added to their bodywork techniques.
