Surroundings
Clarion Hotel Copenhagen is located exactly right. Right here, on the Zealand Bridge, is where the motorways out of the city begin, so for the motorist, both commerce, industry and city life is close by. We’re Just a few gear changes away from the ’Bella Center’ Congress facilities, the new Ørestad quarter’s art, education and media centres, the Copenhagen Int’l Airport, and the Øresund Bridge that takes you straight into the Swedish city of Malmö. And if you turn the other way on the Zealand Bridge you’ll be passing a string of major companies’ headquarters, such as Nokia, Phillips and Sony Ericsson; going this way, you’ll be in downtown Copenhagen in a couple of minutes. South of the Clarion a piece of old Copenhagen environment remains untouched by the rush of business and urbanization. Life in the fishing port forms a stark contrast to the teeming crowds and noise of the big city. Here life goes on leisurely with a cool beer on a bench or a nice chat over the barbecue on the boat.

The Congress Hall Sometimes you step into a room that just takes your breath away. Most people find that our Great Hall is one such room. We can do it all in here: conferences, congresses, large events, kick-offs or what ever else you might think of. Seating 550 spectators in a cinema style configuration, the great hall is ready for all kinds of major arrangements. Only top of the line equipment has made it through to this place, and the spacious area can easily be divided into smaller plenary session rooms if necessary. In this room, the sky is really the limit.
