When you train with ATT, you’ll be based in a school of your choice from day one, spending the whole academic year watching your pupils progress. Our training is comprehensive and practical; you will be able to achieve your QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) all in one year. Because we believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves to have access to a great education, we work mainly in communities of lower income with a history of academic underachievement. We are very proud to have just received our second ‘outstanding’ rating from Ofsted in all categories - there are one of only a few providers in the UK that can say the same! We offer a range of salary, bursary, and apprenticeship funding options across our training subjects to support you to be able to focus on developing into the best teacher you can be.
