Information Management & Communications Area MoF for IM Culture & Internal Communications TL

The IM Culture & Internal Communications Team Leader is responsible to guarantee effective communication of the entire committee, providing the means for the same and managed. It is also responsible for creating a culture of information throughout the committee, and to generate a strong identity of its team members with the area. Talent Profile: Leader for Technical / Logistic / TM Team People in Charge: 6 Team members


 Lead the accomplishment and ensure the promotion of the information systems policies at AIESEC Javeriana.  Promote and communicate local initiatives about IM &COMM and projects related with new information, knowledge and technologies at AIESEC Javeriana and AIESEC.  Ensure that internal communication policies are fulfilled.  Generate portal AIESEC Javeriana content, and to monitor the correct information is placed from all over the committee.  Find the best option to communicate.  Generate a strong identity in the area.  Generate a information culture throughout the committee.

       

Number of people registered properly on platform. Javeriana portal Count. Correct handling of facebook groups, giving each area, and control of the same. Number of informal events made, in favor of strengthening the identity of the area. Effects statistical mass mailings. Number of correctly performed internal campaigns. Retention rate of members. IM & COMM merchandising
